Lumivium values your shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter any quality issues, you can apply for a return and refund according to this return policy. We will provide you with convenient and fair after-sales support.

Return Application Requirements

Return applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Returned goods must be in brand new, unused condition, with intact packaging (including the original box, labels, accessories, instructions, etc.), and free from damage, stains, or signs of human error.

For returns due to product quality issues (such as workmanship defects, functional malfunctions, or discrepancies with the description), clear photos or videos of the product must be provided as evidence.

Return Process

Submit Application: Log in to the Lumivium website, go to "My Orders," find the corresponding order, and click "Apply for Return." Fill in the reason for return, upload relevant supporting documents, and submit. Wait for customer service review.

Review Confirmation: Customer service will review your application within 1-2 business days. Once approved, a return address and return instructions will be sent via email.

Returning Goods: Please send the goods and related accessories to the designated address within 7 business days of receiving the approval notification. It is recommended to choose a trackable shipping method and retain the tracking number.

Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them within 3-5 business days. Once inspected and approved, we will immediately process your refund. The refund amount will be returned to your original payment account. The specific arrival time depends on the payment platform's rules.

Shipping Fee Information

- For returns due to product quality issues, delivery errors, or other reasons attributable to Lumivium, we will cover the return shipping costs. You can apply for reimbursement of shipping costs when processing your refund (valid shipping receipts are required).

- For returns due to personal preferences, purchase errors, or other reasons not related to the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the original order's shipping cost from the refund (if the order was eligible for free shipping, a standard shipping fee of US$5.99 will be deducted).
